The Process

Here at Pro-Learning, we like to keep things simple and transparent. Every step of the way we keep you updated with our progress.

How it Works

Upon contacting us, we will begin getting an idea of the scope of your request.

An optional meeting can be arranged between Pro-Learning and your company to discuss your requirements. This can be via Microsoft Teams or face-to-face.

Meeting to Discuss E-Learning Requirements

After getting a clear understanding of your request, we will work on a quote and send this to you via e-mail within 5 working days.

Once accepted, we will form a contract with you detailing the ins and outs such as the scope of the project, the lead times, and the non-disclosure agreement.

Now the work begins where we will design and create a complete course for you. During this stage, we can give you progress updates whenever you request.

Once completed, you will be sent a link to a review site where you are able to view the completed work and add comments to the course.

Review and Commnet on Completed E-Learning Courses

Upon approval, you will be sent a SCORM package of the completed course ready to be uploaded to your Learning Management System.

Furthermore, each project we complete for you will have aftercare support, so if any changes are needed to the material, we can update that for you (please see our Aftercare Support page).
